We have 16 standard colours – We can also offer a bespoke colour service which carries an additional fee
We are able to work with a variety of surface types, typically traditional renders such as sand and cement, pebble and spa dash, brick, concrete, metal cladding as well as new renders such as silicone and monocouche.
We quote a fully comprehensive price which is also covered by liability insurance.
Pricing & Payment
We do not have a set pricing structure. We carry out a comprehensive survey and consider to surface type and preparation work required and create a bespoke price to suit your property’s needs.
We take card payments through our sure Sage accounting system or by bank transfer.
Installation & Site Requirements
We require access to electric and water and as long as we can access the external areas of the property to be worked on, no you do not need to be around during the work.
Depending on the access we require usually scaffold is not required, but sometimes those hard to reach areas, such as chimneys do require a small amount of scaffold.
All installations are dependent on how much building work is required to the surface, on average a semi detached house will take 5 days.
Guarantees & Coverage
Yes, once work is completed and we are in receipt of full payment we then issue a 15 years workmanship guarantee along with a manufacturers warranty.
